Setting Up an Account

To set up a Payline account we need details of your business, and salary details for each of your employees.

Click on the links below for the forms that will provide us with the information we require.

FORM A provides us with your company details.

FORM B provides us with salary details for your employees.

Simply complete Form A, and as many copies of Form B as you require, print them out, and fax them to us on 01322 271788.
